Senior DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer – Azure & AKS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team and help build, operate, secure, and continuously improve our Glow cloud platform. This hands‑on role involves solving complex infrastructure problems, working with Kubernetes and Azure, and taking technical ownership from problem identification through implementation and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including networking, identity, and storage services.
• Operate and improve Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments and ensure workload isolation and security.
• Build reusable infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and conduct authorized security testing.
• Enhance monitoring and observability with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Support production deployments, incident response, platform upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Identify automation opportunities, review resource utilization, and contribute to FinOps and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Systematic approach to investigating complex technical problems and finding root causes.
• Ability to evaluate multiple solutions, weighing security, reliability, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
• Strong focus on automation, ownership from design through validation, and clear communication of technical risks.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with developers, security teams, and project managers.
