Senior Architect

About the role

Kron Construction is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design efforts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects in Tirana. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves translating concept ideas into detailed, buildable solutions while ensuring compliance with Albanian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, detailed drawings and technical documentation for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and project‑management teams to guarantee design intent is executed on site.
• Lead client meetings, present proposals, incorporate feedback and obtain approvals.
• Review project plans, oversee design revisions and mentor junior architects.
• Monitor progress, quality, timelines and budgets to meet Kron Construction standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (licensure preferred).
• Proven experience leading complex building projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of integration between architectural design and structural, mechanical, electrical systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and on‑site coordination skills.
• Fluency in Albanian and working knowledge of English.
