Sales Specialist

About the role

Zero, the first official Odoo partner in the Balkans, is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its fast‑growing sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, managing the sales cycle, and supporting existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B prospects through LinkedIn, calls, referrals and events.
• Follow up on inbound leads from the website and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct initial meetings to understand client needs and present Odoo and Zero’s services.
• Prepare offers and financial proposals together with the implementation team.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and keep all information up to date in Odoo CRM.
• Manage renewals, upsell new modules and ensure smooth hand‑over to the implementation team.
• Report results weekly and monthly to the Sales Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in software, IT or services.
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
• Fluent in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable meeting business owners and managers.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo ERP.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP concepts.
• Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
