Sales Representative – Electric Vehicles

About the role

Connect Drive is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join its showroom in Tirana. You will present electric vehicle options to customers, guide them through the entire sales journey, and help expand the brand’s presence in the EV market.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with showroom visitors, understand their mobility needs and recommend suitable EV models.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain EV features, benefits and financing options.
• Prepare, negotiate and close offers, guiding customers from initial contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track all lead activities.
• Follow up on leads, schedule and coordinate test drives, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets, building long‑term relationships and promoting Connect Drive’s brand values.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and a genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tirana, manage time effectively and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, automotive or technology sales is beneficial.
• Fluency in the local language; good command of English is an advantage.
• High level of integrity and commitment to delivering an inclusive customer experience.
