Sales Manager

About the role

Elite Wines Collection is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to expand its premium wine portfolio in the Albanian market. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our prestigious international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the premium wine portfolio.
• Manage existing client accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Identify and acquire new customers and partnership opportunities.
• Present products, organise tastings and events, and act as the brand ambassador.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience (mandatory).
• Background in wine, beverages, hospitality or other premium products is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to spot new clients and business opportunities.
• Professional, responsible and highly client‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle (mandatory).

Required skills

• Knowledge of wine regions, producers and varieties (advantage).

• Base salary of €800 per month plus performance bonuses.

• Full‑time, onsite position in Tirana (Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑17:00).
