Revenue Management Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Revenue Management Assistant to join the head office of addCar Scandinavia in Tirana. Working in a hybrid model (three days in the office), you will support our franchise partners across multiple countries by analysing demand, pricing and performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse daily reservation data, monitor booking pace, demand and revenue performance, and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Track competitor pricing and market trends, flagging opportunities or risks for each franchise territory.
• Run RMS cross‑checks to ensure system recommendations align with forecasted demand.
• Validate data in Power BI, maintain KPI accuracy and produce regular performance reports for internal teams and franchise partners.
• Act as the day‑to‑day revenue management contact for a portfolio of franchise partners, delivering remote training and supporting promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with operations, quality and franchise development teams to align pricing strategy with network standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Power BI for data validation and reporting.
