Reporting & Controlling Specialist

About the role

DHL International Albania is seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join the Controlling & Reporting team. The role supports the CFO by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, enhancing financial transparency, and identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse Balance Sheet, P&L, CAPEX and key variances against last year, plan and forecast.
• Manage monthly CAPEX reporting and control.
• Support budget preparation and submission processes.
• Prepare management and network reporting.
• Act as Crisp Coordinator for the country.
• Assist in business case development, financial analysis and audits.
• Ensure accurate Right‑of‑Use (ROU) reporting per company guidelines.
• Handle external and governmental reporting requirements.
• Maintain data integrity, reporting documentation and continuously improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, preferably Accounting.
• Relevant experience in financial control, reporting, analysis and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, CAPEX control and reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• High analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• High integrity, accuracy and responsibility in handling financial information.
• Very good command of English.
