Purchase Specialist

About the role

FINTRADE is seeking a Purchase Specialist to manage procurement activities for its projects in civil works, infrastructure, energy solutions, water treatment and wastewater sectors. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requests from clients or the sales department promptly and accurately.
• Maintain professional and productive communication with existing and new suppliers.
• Continuously monitor the market to identify potential suppliers.
• Analyze supplier capabilities and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare and submit required procurement documents and reports on schedule.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, preferably civil or hydraulic engineering.
• Previous experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Flexibility, adaptability and strong analytical skills.
