Project Manager

About the role

Agikons sh.p.k, a 30‑year‑old construction firm, is looking for a Project Manager to lead its building projects from planning through delivery. The role combines technical, financial and administrative responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close projects according to the defined schedule and budget (Project‑Preventive).
• Gather and maintain technical‑financial information from internal and external sources.
• Interpret project objectives and monitor implementation against budget and quality standards.
• Develop and apply cost‑reduction strategies.
• Organise periodic procurement campaigns and manage supplier contracts.
• Track costs, coordinate with suppliers and ensure alignment with work teams and materials.
• Represent the company with third parties on project‑related matters.
• Supervise project staff and hold responsibility for their performance.
• Analyse project progress and report to the Administrator and Investor.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in engineering or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong managerial, communication, organisational and planning abilities.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
