Project Manager – Client & Presale Support

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support our growing team. You will act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, help sales representatives with presale activities, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist sales teams in preparing proposals, conducting account research, and coordinating documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align resources and timelines with client needs.
• Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to guarantee quality and efficiency.
• Maintain deep understanding of client goals to propose tailored solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on account health, project status, and key metrics.
• Proactively resolve issues, manage conflicts, and document all communications in the CRM system.
• Participate in virtual meetings and client follow‑ups during standard working hours.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and support presale processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Collaborative, client‑first attitude.
