Primavera P6 Operator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Primavera P6 Operator to join our project controls team. The role focuses on accurate data entry into Oracle Primavera P6 and generating weekly and monthly progress reports based on site installation quantities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily/weekly installation progress data into Primavera P6, including actual start/finish dates, remaining durations, and physical % complete.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly dashboards that compare planned versus actual installation quantities, highlighting variances.
• Align schedule activities with the bill of quantities (BOQ) and installation milestones, ensuring physical progress is measured against site data.
• Liaise with site engineers, superintendents, and quantity surveyors to clarify numbers and support ad‑hoc scheduling queries.
• Review data for consistency and maintain an audit trail of all schedule changes before finalizing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet strict reporting deadlines, and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 for data entry, filter creation, and custom report generation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charting.
