Pharmacy Project Coordinator

About the role

Onyx Pharma is looking for an energetic and organized Pharmacy Project Coordinator to act as the bridge between the company, pharmacies and its marketing and market development projects. The role combines project management, pharmacy engagement and market intelligence to support the launch and promotion of OTC and nutraceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor pharmacy‑based projects, including patient rapid‑test activities.
• Collect and report market and competitor intelligence from the field (prices, promotions, positioning, trends).
• Present and promote the company’s OTC and nutraceutical portfolio, building lasting relationships with pharmacists and partners.
• Track the impact of digital and TV campaigns on product awareness, consumer interest, pharmacy demand and sales.
• Prepare periodic reports and translate field insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biology, Marketing or Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with interest in the pharmaceutical market.
• Ability to build professional relationships with pharmacists.
• Goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Willingness to work regularly in the field.
• Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical companies, OTC, nutraceuticals, trade marketing or medical promotion is an advantage.
