About the role

The Analysis & Coordination Manager will be responsible for turning sales and operational data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure data-driven decision making and support strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret sales and operations data.
• Prepare periodic reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Logistics and Finance departments.
• Support planning and forecasting processes.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing work processes.
• Collaborate with management to achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or performance control.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or coordinating a team (preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution or operations is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and a proactive work approach.
