People Director Albania

About the role

Flutter, a leading global iGaming group, is seeking a People Director for its Albanian operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will shape and execute the local HR and General Services strategy, aligning it with the group’s overall people agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to define and drive people priorities that support business growth.
• Translate Flutter’s group people strategy into the Albanian context, collaborating with corporate HR centres in Italy.
• Own the full HR lifecycle: workforce planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, compensation, disciplinary actions, labor litigation, union relations and external partnerships.
• Oversee General Services and Health, Safety & Environment to ensure a safe, modern workplace.
• Lead the Communication team, ensuring internal and external messaging reflects the company’s brand and vision.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in international, structured environments and hands‑on start‑up settings.
• Proven change‑agent with strong leadership, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Degree in Economics or Humanities.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• High ethical standards, proactive, flexible, innovative and results‑driven.
• Team leader and mentor who empowers colleagues and stakeholders.
• Data‑driven with strong analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Human Capital Management (HCM) software.
