About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Call Center Operator to join our team in Tirana. The position can be either part‑time or full‑time, offering a dynamic environment where you will handle customer inquiries by phone and written communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide written and telephone support to customers in German.
• Process client requests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service quality.
• Follow up on interactions and keep records of communications.

Required profile

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong motivation, commitment and a sense of responsibility.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a friendly, supportive team environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of computer applications, especially MS Office.
