Operations & Digital Admin Assistant

About the role

AdSolution, a digital marketing and e‑commerce services provider, is expanding its Tirana office and seeks an Operations & Digital Admin Assistant. You will support the team that manages ad accounts, campaign execution, and performance reporting for affiliate networks across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create and configure advertiser profiles and ad accounts on Google and Facebook at high volume.
• Register and set up domains for new campaigns, following launch schedules.
• Manage browser profiles, proxies, email accounts, and two‑factor authentication tools (AdsPower, GoLogin, Multilogin).
• Prepare verification documentation, handle suspension appeals, and track outcomes.
• Conduct compliance checks on e‑commerce sites and landing pages using checklists.
• Maintain weekly data, update reporting spreadsheets, and monitor live account status.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to the team.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English (hard requirement).
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable with fast‑paced digital workflows.
• Ability to follow detailed processes accurately and consistently.

Required skills

• Google Ads platform.
• Facebook Ads platform.
• AdsPower, GoLogin, Multilogin for profile and proxy management.
• Domain registration and configuration.
• Two‑factor authentication (2FA) handling.
• Data entry and spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets).
