Operations Associate

About the role

Bulls Vision Group is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to support the smooth execution of financial and operational projects. The role is based on‑site at the Delijorgji Complex in Tirana and offers the chance to develop strong project‑management skills in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track operational project progress against timelines and goals.
• Prioritize tasks, provide regular updates to the manager, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Develop, maintain, and organise project plans, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports to support decision‑making.
• Identify potential issues or delays and communicate them promptly.
• Support day‑to‑day operational activities and ensure accurate, on‑time task completion.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a positive work ethic.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
