Operations Associate (Hiring or Client Delivery)

About the role

Drop Zero Digital, a lifecycle marketing agency, is hiring one Operations Associate to help its fastest-growing AI image service grow. You will own one named area chosen during a paid trial: either the hiring machine (sourcing, screening, scheduling and keeping the hiring tracker accurate) or client delivery operations (planning, briefing and shipping work for clients). The job is not an assistant or coordinator role; you make real calls every day and are judged on their quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own one area and run it end to end, noticing what slips and closing it without being asked
• In hiring: run the funnel, source candidates, chase them, schedule interviews and keep the tracker honest
• In client delivery: plan and brief work, chase progress and make sure nothing stalls
• Make decisions and own them, including the ones that go wrong
• Write clearly and honestly, especially about problems

Required profile

• Has held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months; no minimum experience
• Strong written English
• Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with the company
• Based in Albania
• Full time once hired; during the trial you work 4 hours a day, 2 at a fixed time, and can keep your current job

How to apply

• Short application with a Loom video
• Written step on internet speed, computer and a few questions
• Aptitude tests, a recorded video interview and verification of work history
• A paid trial of six to eight weeks, paid from day one (half rate for the first two weeks, full rate from week three, plus a completion payment)

What we offer

• 1,500 USD per month on hire, rising 50% after passing the 90-day review
• One-month annual bonus
• 15 days of paid leave plus public holidays, paid sick leave, health allowance and coworking allowance
