About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team at Tirana Ring Center. The successful candidate will support the head chef in preparing dishes, ensuring attractive presentation, and maintaining a clean working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food and follow recipes according to the head chef’s instructions.
• Plate dishes attractively for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, including washing dishes, fruits, and vegetables.
• Assist in inventory checks and basic stock management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience working in a kitchen.
• Relevant culinary certifications or training are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
