Microsoft 365 Consultant (Mid-Level)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team and support modern workplace projects. Working under a Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will help design, implement, test and document Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support detailed design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Configure and administer Microsoft 365 tenant environments.
• Participate in assessments, pilots, roll‑outs, testing, UAT and hyper‑care activities.
• Manage endpoint and device configurations, including Intune and Autopilot.
• Package and deploy Win32, MSI, Microsoft Store and line‑of‑business applications.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Microsoft infrastructure and modern workplace technologies.
• At least one Microsoft 365 / Modern Work / Endpoint Management certification.
• At least one certification in Security, Identity or Access Management.
• Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 tenant architecture and administration.
• Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Active Directory, hybrid identity.
• Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, Windows LAPS.
• Corporate and BYOD Android/iOS device management.
• Packaging and deployment of Win32, MSI, Microsoft Store, and line‑of‑business apps.
• Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Microsoft Purview – Retention and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Microsoft 365 backup solutions (e.g., Keepit or equivalent).
