About the role
Saturn Apart Hotel is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and drive performance. The manager will be responsible for coordinating staff, ensuring service quality, and implementing strategies that increase profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all hotel activities.
- Organise and supervise staff members.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee reservations, revenue, and expense management.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve hotel performance and profitability.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel management (mandatory).
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
- Responsibility‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.

- Compensation based on 20% of the hotel’s profit.
