Mechanical & Electrical Engineer – Design & Development

About the role

We are looking for experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineers/Coordinators to join our Design & Development department. The successful candidates will be responsible for the technical control, coordination and development of mechanical and electrical systems across large construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design of HVAC, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, ensuring correct sizing, positioning of ducts, pipes and equipment.
• Control mechanical drawings, specifications and calculations, and collaborate with architecture, structure and MEP teams.
• Manage electrical system design, including MV/LV distribution, transformers, panels, cable trays, generators, UPS and emergency power.
• Oversee ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, data/telecom, intercom, TV and BMS interfaces, and integrate fire alarm systems.
• Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection and resolution, review shop drawings and RFIs, and support the construction team on‑site.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (for the mechanical role) or Electrical Engineering (for the electrical role).
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large construction projects, preferably 7+ years.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation (mechanical) or MV/LV, lighting, generators, UPS, ELV (electrical).
• Excellent command of English and good communication/problem‑solving skills.
