About the role
Lufra Foods, a leading food and beverage group in Albania, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Tirana. The role focuses on creating and managing digital content, supporting promotional campaigns, and helping to grow the visibility of the company’s brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across social media channels and online platforms.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Generate and propose new ideas for product promotion.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and marketing partners.
- Monitor performance and produce basic reports on marketing results.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Creative mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Organised, responsible and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
