Marketing Operations & Tools Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Tools Manager to own and maintain our CRM ecosystem, ensuring clean data, reliable workflows, and effective reporting for a fast‑growing fintech company. This full‑time remote contractor position works US business hours and supports both internal and external marketing audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, workflow logic, lists, segmentation, and reporting.
• Build and manage marketing automation sequences for ISO and customer audiences.
• Create weekly and monthly dashboards and performance reports for marketing stakeholders.
• Support complex campaign builds and handle recurring CRM tasks.
• Coordinate integrations and data flows with the Marketing Developer.
• Manage the marketing tool stack, including subscriptions, user access, and licensing.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of CRM operations for a marketing team.
• Strong fundamentals in data hygiene, segmentation, workflow logic, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Fluent English communication with US‑facing stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
