Lead Generation Director – SMS Retail

About the role

INFOTelecom is seeking a Lead Generation Director for its SMS Retail division to design and execute lead‑generation strategies across Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. You will lead a team, collaborate with sales and marketing, and drive growth in a fast‑moving telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lead‑generation strategies for the SMS Retail business.
• Identify new potential clients and build qualified lead pipelines.
• Design, manage and continuously improve sales funnels to increase conversion rates.
• Utilise multiple channels such as digital, social media, email and outbound campaigns.
• Spot new market opportunities and define target customer segments.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and produce regular reports.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Lead Generation team.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective lead qualification and hand‑over.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in lead generation, lead management or marketing.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving conversion.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead‑management processes.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
