About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of a Dealz retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering top‑level customer service. This role combines team leadership, performance analysis and close cooperation with the regional manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve set sales goals.
• Organise own work and that of the team, planning shifts and tasks.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service throughout the store.
• Continuously analyse sales results and produce regular performance reports.
• React effectively to non‑standard situations and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the regional manager on operational matters.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees.

Required profile

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Motivation and a positive attitude toward daily challenges.
• Proven ability to organise both personal and team work.
• At least two years in a similar position (store manager or deputy manager).
• Capability to work under time pressure.
