About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail outlet, ensuring the team meets sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic planning to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve set sales goals.
• Organise daily workflow for yourself and the staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service throughout the store.
• Analyse sales data regularly and produce reports on performance.
• Handle non‑standard situations with quick and effective decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the regional manager on ongoing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a retail team.
• Proven experience working in a retail environment for at least two years.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, motivated attitude.
• Enthusiasm for meeting daily challenges.
