Jurist – Public Procurement & Contracts

About the role

BNT Electronics is seeking a Jurist to join its legal team, supporting public procurement, tender and contractual processes. The role offers practical experience in B2G procurement, regulatory matters and legal risk management within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support public procurement (B2G) tendering and contracting under senior specialist guidance.
• Prepare, review and organize tender documentation in line with Albanian public procurement legislation.
• Monitor deadlines, documentation requirements and communications related to procurement procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather information for compliant tender responses.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and administering public and commercial contracts, agreements, annexes and amendments.
• Conduct legal research on procurement, contract and regulatory issues and flag potential risks.
• Maintain legal and contractual documentation and contribute to protecting the company’s legal and commercial interests.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent academic/legal training.
• Professional communication, analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, following instructions and professional feedback.
• Interest in continuous development in public procurement and contract law.

Required skills

• Proficiency in interpreting Albanian civil code and public procurement legislation.
• Basic knowledge of public‑private partnership frameworks.
• Familiarity with drafting legal documents and contract administration.
