Junior Travel Agent – French Speaking

About the role

BizAway is seeking a motivated Junior Travel Agent who is fluent in French to join its fast‑growing B2B travel‑management team. You will work directly with corporate clients, helping them book and manage travel through BizAway’s platform and partner providers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify reservations for hotels, cars, trains and other travel services using the BizAway platform.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Enter and update customer information in the system to ensure correct bookings.
• Explain platform rules, service procedures and travel‑product policies to clients.
• Handle night‑shift coverage (22:00‑07:00) as part of a rotating schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer support or travel‑industry service.
• Strong written and spoken French (B2 level or higher); good English communication is a plus.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including night shifts.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment skills testing and background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using web‑based reservation platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French.
