Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to support the Encore Affiliates project. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates starting their career in affiliate marketing, sales, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential publishers such as blogs, coupon sites, influencers, cashback platforms, and comparison sites.
• Find and verify publisher contact details using research tools and internal systems.
• Manage and update publisher information in CRM systems like Pipedrive.
• Send structured outreach emails and follow up with leads.
• Support the onboarding process for new publishers and collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams.

Required profile

• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Process‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn within affiliate marketing.
• No prior professional experience required; full training will be provided.
