About the role
OMNES Agency is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team with daily activities. The position is based in Tirana and offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Help prepare marketing materials and promotional content.
- Coordinate communication with partners and suppliers.
- Support the organization of promotional events.
- Monitor the publication of marketing assets.
- Collect market and competitor information.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Marketing Director.
Required profile
- Strong interest in developing a career in marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Creativity, initiative and attention to detail.
- Team‑player attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in marketing is a plus.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary of 70,000 Albanian Lek per month.
- Standard working hours 08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Friday.
- Weekend off.
