Junior Finance Specialist

About the role

Zero, the first official Odoo Partner in the Balkans, is looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to support daily financial operations and help ensure accurate financial processes. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with the finance team in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and cost analyses.
• Track expenses, revenues and key financial performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support budgeting activities and internal control improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software such as Odoo, Navision or Financa5.
• Advanced Excel skills.
