Junior Ad Performance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Ad Performance Manager to help optimise the performance of our online vehicle listings. You will work closely with international teams to ensure our ads attract the right audience and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support the performance of vehicle advertisements across multiple online platforms.
• Assist in optimizing listings to improve visibility, engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct basic analysis of ad performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support A/B testing of titles, descriptions and visuals.
• Ensure high‑quality and consistent presentation of vehicle ads.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe to align ad strategies.
• Track key performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in digital platforms, data and online performance.
• Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Passion for the automotive sector is a plus.
• Previous experience in online content, ads or digital environments is advantageous.
