IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist who thrives on solving technical problems and building efficient workflows. You will act as the backbone of our technical operations, supporting both local and remote teams across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Manage user access and permissions in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and productivity tools such as Asana, Monday, and ClickUp.
• Implement and monitor endpoint security measures, including MFA, VPNs, firewalls, and patch management.
• Streamline internal tool builders and AI‑driven solutions to improve team velocity.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backups, and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Document processes and create clear technical guides for end‑users.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or systems administration within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong understanding of OS fundamentals across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Security‑first mindset with the ability to enforce best practices without hindering productivity.
• Problem‑solving orientation that digs to root causes.
• Relevant degree or documented skills (e.g., CompTIA A+, MS‑900, Google IT Support); help‑desk experience is a plus.
