IT Project Manager – Drive Digitalisation in Corporate Functions

About the role

You will lead IT projects that digitalise business processes within Deloitte Technology's Corporate Functions, acting as the bridge between business units and IT service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute IT (sub-)projects with budget responsibility, aligning with business unit goals.
• Assess requirements against IT strategy, architecture and compliance standards.
• Lead diverse project teams, moderate committees and steering groups, and present complex IT matters to senior management.
• Apply both classical and agile project management methods, continuously improving methodologies such as SCRUM.

Required profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in classical and/or agile IT project management, preferably certified as Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Hands‑on mentality, conflict‑resolution ability, analytical strength and structured working style.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools.
• Project management methodologies (classical and agile).
