About the role
The company is looking for a Construction Implementation Engineer to ensure that building projects are executed according to technical, legal and safety standards. The role involves planning, monitoring and coordinating on‑site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Review the legal‑technical documentation of the project against an approved checklist.
- Examine implementation drawings, preventive plans and technical specifications, noting any deficiencies.
- Develop work organization plans, preparing daily, weekly and monthly schedules for discussion and approval.
- Apply construction methodology and recommend optimal options to meet the work schedule.
- Monitor subcontractors, work groups and individual staff to ensure compliance with implementation plans, preventive measures, technical specifications and standards.
- Coordinate and organize execution processes, ensuring strict adherence to technical system rules.
Required profile
- University degree in Construction Engineering.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with basic engineering software and AutoCAD.
