About the role

The Construction Implementation Engineer will be responsible for managing construction projects in all technical, financial and administrative aspects, ensuring compliance with company procedures and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and control all technical‑legal documentation, including process‑verbal reports, measurement licenses, and staking certificates.
• Approve and monitor materials used on site and ensure they meet project specifications.
• Develop and follow work schedules and graphic plans according to the project and organization plan.
• Inspect works to guarantee conformity with design, technical specifications and health‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, track material and equipment needs, and manage daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Assist site manager during construction activities and ensure rigorous compliance with contract terms.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a construction engineer.
• Strong communication, managerial and organizational abilities.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
• Good command of English.
