Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Heb’s Albania is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join its team in Tirana. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT equipment across the company’s points of sale and central offices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Heb’s retail points and central offices.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT devices.
• Support and monitor POS systems, kitchen display systems (KDS), kiosks, and related hardware.
• Identify and resolve network, internet, and device issues.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Document and track technical issues until they are fully resolved.

Required profile

• Education or experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently.
• Willingness to perform on‑site interventions at Heb’s points when needed.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and a responsible work attitude.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or POS system support is a plus.
