About the role
Join Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria as a Human Resources Specialist and become an active contributor to talent development, training, performance management, and employee experience initiatives. You will work closely with teams to help people grow and achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Support and drive talent development programs across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions that enhance employee skills.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and monitor KPI achievement.
- Enhance overall employee experience through engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of performance management and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Passion for developing people and making a difference.
