HR Services Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for an HR Services Specialist who is fluent in Italian to provide high‑quality HR operations support. You will act as a key contact for employees and managers, ensuring efficient handling of HR queries, accurate data management, and a smooth employee lifecycle experience through digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and transactional support via digital channels.
• Manage and resolve employee queries within defined service levels, escalating when needed.
• Maintain and update HR content across systems and knowledge platforms.
• Support end‑to‑end HR administration, including onboarding, off‑boarding, organisational changes and lifecycle updates.
• Perform HR data entry, validation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR stakeholders on data processing and payroll‑impacting activities.
• Assist with audits by preparing and validating HR documentation.
• Work with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, AskHR and related platforms to drive efficiency and digital adoption.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and new tool implementations.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
• Effective communication and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving attitude with strong organisational skills.
