Hardware Services Engineer – Field & Lab Support

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Services Engineer to provide field and laboratory support for our portfolio of electronic payment and cash management equipment, including EFT/POS terminals, ATMs, queuing systems and cash dispensers. The role combines on‑call troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to on‑call requests for equipment malfunction and perform corrective actions in the field or laboratory.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic subsystems, replace spare parts and determine when equipment is beyond repair.
• Update software configurations based on written instructions or guidance from support personnel.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned hardware, delivering product and operation training to supervisors and operators.
• Follow maintenance procedures, keep required tools and parts available, and propose improvements to reduce field issues.
• Travel to customer sites and, if required, to Kosovo or abroad for training.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical/technical repair of electronic equipment.
• Proficient in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Valid driving licence with a clean record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, operators and customers.

Required skills
