Growth & Marketing Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Development Specialist to design, build, and optimise landing pages that drive conversions for our fast‑growing fintech business. This full‑time remote contractor will work US business hours and collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless tracking and integration across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch Webflow landing pages with rapid turnaround for active campaigns.
• Own the UX/UI structure of each page, prioritising conversion over visual polish.
• Configure and maintain UTMs, pixels, and attribution tags to guarantee reliable campaign reporting.
• Support HubSpot‑connected forms, integrations, and A/B testing of landing pages.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain no‑code/low‑code tools for AI, automation, tracking, and integrations.
• Identify gaps, troubleshoot tracking or form issues, and onboard tools that accelerate the marketing workflow.

Required profile

• Hands‑on expertise with Webflow, capable of building and shipping landing pages independently.
• End‑to‑end experience delivering conversion‑focused landing pages, including UX/UI, UTMs, pixels, attribution, and form integrations.
• Confidence selecting and deploying no‑code or low‑code solutions that improve team efficiency.
• Senior‑level individual contributor who still performs implementation work directly.
• Proficient in HubSpot, especially with forms and integrations.
• Fluent English for daily remote collaboration.
• Practical, accountable approach to quickly fixing tracking or attribution issues.
