Graphic Designer – Photo Editing

About the role

I&A International, a leading luxury retailer in Albania, is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join its fast‑paced marketing team. The role focuses on high‑quality photo editing that reflects the identity and messaging of the company’s prestigious brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced photo editing, including colour correction, background removal, object manipulation, complex compositions and required effects.
• Ensure edited images comply with brand guidelines and the company’s aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to understand visual needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Optimize images for various platforms (web, print, social media) while preserving maximum quality.
• Manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
• Explore new techniques and tools in photographic editing to continuously improve output quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on photo editing.
• Excellent eye for detail, colour, composition and overall visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and effective time‑management.
• University degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
