About the role

We are looking for a diligent finance professional to join our team in Tirana. You will support the financial operations of our premium hotel and resort brands, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Register MA/MP for Arka Art Hotel, Lobby Bar and Marea Resort in Excel and Alpha Web, including appropriate accounting entries.
• Perform daily cash control, fiscal sales tracking, liquidations and manage supporting documentation.
• Verify sales orders and convert them into invoices using Alpha Web.
• Account for sales and purchase invoices after price verification and applying approved discounts.
• Post client accounts, analyze ledgers and execute monthly closures for the hotel and resort entities.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and communicate any issues to management.
• Participate in physical inventories, record discrepancies and correct them in the system.
• Collaborate with the finance team and carry out tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of the Alpha software.
• High accuracy, productivity and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professional ethics.
• Very good command of English.
