About the role

ATDG, a pioneer in sustainable tourism initiatives in Albania and Kosovo, is looking for a Finance professional to join its team in Tirana. The role supports the financial operations of several premium hospitality assets, including Arka Art Hotel, Bougainville Bay Resort & SPA, and Marea Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Register daily cash movements for Arka Art Hotel, Lobby Bar, and Marea Resort using Excel and Alpha Web.
• Control and reconcile cash, fiscal sales, liquidations, and related documentation.
• Verify sales orders and convert them into invoices in Alpha Web.
• Post sales and purchase invoices after price checks and approved discounts.
• Reconcile client accounts, analyze ledgers, and close monthly statements for the properties.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and communicate issues to senior management.
• Participate in physical inventories, record discrepancies, and correct them in the system.
• Collaborate with the finance team and execute tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, productivity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with professional ethics.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Alpha Web accounting software.
