About the role

Swiss Approval Albania is seeking an experienced Financier to join its professional team in Tirana. The successful candidate will manage and monitor the company’s financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with Albanian fiscal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all financial processes of the company.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Control invoicing, payments and collections.
• Collaborate with auditors and relevant institutions.
• Monitor cash flow and conduct financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Albanian financial and tax legislation.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian fiscal legislation.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Finance 5 or similar financial software.
