Financier – Administrim Financiar dhe Projekt Shkodër

About the role

The organization seeks a Finance professional to manage the financial operations of its Fundraising Department and the Shkodër project. The role ensures accurate budgeting, reporting, and compliance with Albanian legislation while supporting internal controls and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the financial performance of fundraising activities, including budgeting, cost analysis, and compensation schemes.
• Plan, implement, and track the budget for the Shkodër project, handling cash flow, payments, and financial obligations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management.
• Support procurement processes and resource administration.
• Maintain the integrity of accounting records, ensure compliance with organizational policies and Albanian law, and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum three years of experience in a finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian financial legislation and accounting standards.
• Experience preparing tax declarations, payroll, and employee benefits.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills in Albanian and English.
• High professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
