Facade Design Engineer / Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Facade Design Engineer / Architect to join our office in Tirana. The role focuses on 2D/3D design, technical drawing preparation, and coordination with façade installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for façade systems.
• Develop shop drawings and technical details based on architectural projects, project requirements and specifications.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit and other design tools to produce accurate documentation.
• Design technical solutions and connection details for façades, including links to structure, walls, floors and other building elements.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, material lists and documentation required for production and installation.
• Control on‑site measurements and integrate necessary changes into designs and drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, quality and compliance of façade projects with project specifications, technical standards and company requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in façade design (overall experience of more than five years).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or similar programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
