Facade Design Engineer / Architect

About the role

The company is seeking a Facade Design Engineer or Architect to work primarily from the office in Tirana. The role focuses on 2D/3D design, preparation of technical drawings, implementation details, and coordination with façade installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for façade systems.
• Develop shop drawings and technical details based on architectural projects, project requirements, and technical specifications.
• Utilise AutoCAD, Revit and other design software to produce accurate documentation.
• Design technical solutions and connection details for façades, including links to structural elements, walls, floors and other building components.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, material lists and documentation required for production and installation.
• Control on‑site measurements and data, updating designs and drawings as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, quality and compliance of all façade drawings with project specifications, technical standards and company requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in façade design (overall experience >5 years).
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
