End User & Technical Support Specialist – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

Flutter is seeking an End User & Technical Support Specialist to cover a maternity leave for one year. The role is the first point of contact for employees experiencing hardware or software issues and ensures smooth operation of the IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve trouble tickets via phone and chat in both Italian and English.
• Process IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests using IT Service Management tools.
• Administer user accounts, licensing, and device enrollment through Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Configure and manage Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy operating systems, applications, configurations, and security policies across multiple endpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or similar support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
• Ability to provide remote support with high service quality.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Suite (user and licensing administration).
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
• Microsoft Intune (co‑managed Windows, macOS, Android, iOS).
• Device configuration and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS.
• Experience with IT Service Management ticketing tools.
